Would you say that you work for a good employer? What constitutes a good employer? I have worked for a number of different companies and have formed a fairly good idea of what it takes to be a good employer. I will be explaining my thoughts in this article.
It is vital that an employer has a strong leadership that can act in a decisive manner. Weak leadership can result in staff members being bullied, this normally would be in a mental rather than physical way; and can also lead to a lowering of moral in the workers. People like to see their management take quick and decisive action when problems arise.

Always look into a company’s background before you decide to invest in a franchise. After all, the last thing you want to do is throw your money into a concept that carries a history of trouble.
